SHIPPING

We ship via Fastway Couriers and added at the time of checkout for a flat rate of €7.99 for the Republic of Ireland, £7.99 for Northern Ireland and £12.99 for Great Britain.

All orders dispatched to Great Britain are sent free of any Irish taxes. However, for orders to Great Britain with a value over £135 (inclusive of shipping) these are subject to tax, duty and customs as per local laws and legislation. We have no control over these charges and any such costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to the courier company prior to delivery.

RETURNS
Our design team at Eilish Rickard Interiors has hand-picked each product and hope
you love them as much as we do. However, we understand you may need to return your item.

The customer has the right to return the item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the returned goods are in a saleable condition, in their original packaging and have not been used or damaged.

The customer is responsible for any postage / courier charges to return the item.

Please ensure to use appropriate packaging as only items that reach us in perfect condition will be accepted as
returns.

Once the item has been returned, we will inspect it and once approved, your account
will be credited. Please allow 28 days for the money to be refunded to your account.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS

In the unlikely event that you receive an order that is faulty or damaged, please contact our customer service department at dwell@eilishrickardinteriors.com within 3 days of delivery.

Please note your order number and attach clear pictures of the item and the packaging. You will be contacted as soon as possible regarding your exchange or refund.
